Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If it doesn’t work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of receiving an order.

Refund – Shipping Fee For a Return Label
Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method minus a shipping fee.

Returns/Exchanges are processed within 2-7 business days after return has been received
*When starting an exchange, items will not be held until return has been processed, items are subject to become out of stock before returns are processed. If your return is processed after an item becomes out of stock you will be issued store credit which you can use towards your next order.
International Orders:
Customers are responsible for paying all customs and return shipping fees. We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country.

Once you have returned the package please send us an email with your tracking number and order number to admin@hustlerpk.com so that we can have a record of the return.

- Please make sure that the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are unwashed, unworn with original tags or it may be rejected
- Personal items aren’t eligible for returns
- We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition
- We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, If the item(s) are out of stock for the exchange a refund will be issued for the items returned
- You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed
- We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed
